Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Finally made it to the Gym yesterday 🏋🏾‍♂️ after almost two months.

I was able to lift my normal weights so there is no worry about my muscles going away or losing strength by not going to the gym.

Fasting and keeping my protein low 5 days a week has zero adverse effects 😊

I had hoped that @PrincessValerie going back on low carb (#Keto) would help me from gaining so much weight on the weekends (she does the cooking, so I eat what she cooks), but, she said we are going to start next week 😏😒😜

Love that. Keeping the strength. Can be hard to switch cooking habits. Imagine it would be good to allow for some delicious meat products to make it a tad easier. Bit of a carnivore keto kind of way. Don't have to buy that many veggies that way.

srossca LOL. Crazy September experiment. At least I feel certain that meat can be had in unlimited amounts. Don't have to wonder if it is true or not, with those that live like this all year around and stay lean. Exhausting... look forward to far less very soon.

@jenjabba - But I will probably be back up to 175 by Monday 😒. However, the following weekend I plan to eat #Keto and -stay- in the 160's 👍🏾
