Yay!!! I made it just for today!!! Well, hopefully, I will maintain it. Goal reached!!! 130lbs!!!😁😁😁
130.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Rochellj— don’t set your self up with permission to “fail” by saying “hopefully I will maintain it”. Hope has nothing to do with it.— being consistent and doing what you have done to get where you are is the key. You decide whether you will or you wont. Losing the weight is the easy part. Making the decision to not be a yo-yo is the hard part for most people. You can do it.
