Good morning, everyone. I'm getting back to counting calories, drinking more water, and following an exercise regiment to tone up my abdominal muscles. I'm tired of just losing the weight and not gaining muscle. My problem has been I want the results quickly and I get bored and impatient. I must stay the course!!!

Good evening, everyone. It's been a tough time. I've been dealing with hip impingement since 3 November. Steroids, lack of exercise, and pain management, I've recently started working out again. My goal weight is near. Not to mention, Adventurefuls, Crack Cookies. Devoured 8 boxes in less than 2 weeks. I'm working on it, not ordering anything until next month. That is all!!!
