Day 3 of a planned 4 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Hmm rapid weight loss again this week.

However, the major change is 10 carbs a day and only 50 grams of protein.

This is almost half of my usual level.

172.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@liv001 - Yes, I am happy with it. I wish I could keep to 10 carbs a day, but, psychologically it takes 'effort' to do so. Oh well...

@mrsroboto - For 'results' 10 carbs a day is definitely my 'sweet spot' :)

@erikahollister - Yes, so far 5 days no solid food, and two and 1/2 days of anything I want, has worked for over a year :)

@jenjabba - Haha I only have one more day of liquid fasting so I don't think I will make it before I start eating solid food again and gaining weight. Net week, however, watch out! :)
