Not sure how this happened but I gained a pound. Unfortunately (weight wise only!) I am leaving today for a four day holiday. I am not taking my scale but I am taking my good sense. Let's hope that is sufficient.

My two grandkids and I are heading to Victoria via plane to spend 4 days with my son and his wife. We will have such good fun! Leaving in 10 min.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 59.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
