I've been plateaued above 226 for way too long, so this drop gets me past that elusive 225 milepost. Yes! I tightened up the carb creep and went back to strict keto.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
