Day 2 of a planned 4 days of eating

…I can’t get ‘excited’ over the slight drop. I ran for an hour in the hot sun 😊

For the next two days I will be at day long parties with food and no exercise…

@srossca - You know I had to stop doing pushups and pull ups because I kept having wrist pain issues that went away when I stopped doing them. I know weird, right? Most people don't have that problem. I am sure it was because of my 'bad form'.

Move your arms/elbows closer to your body & concentrate on your triceps. Also, reduce your reps to 10, but increase your sets, maybe only 50 total push ups.
