Well, my pants seem looser despite not losing any weight on the scale.
Watching macros carefully and putting in 60-80 minutes of exercise per day. I'm going to try to cut carbs a bit more and reduce overall intake slightly to see if I can spur some additional fat loss.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
