Haven't lost any weight at all over the last week or more, but I'm feeling stronger and my pants fit better (I think). That said, I am trying to stay positive because it's still a short-term goal of mine to lose a good 20 lbs. At this rate I'm not sure how long that will take. But, I've heard this "diet and exercise" thing works, so I'll just keep at it. I exercise an hour 6x/week and have been keeping a pretty tight check on my macros. Here's hoping!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
