got on the scales today just to see....well its monday an weigh in day...scales acted like they wanted to show a loss...but really i think they was just toying with me...i think they was tryin to get me all excited...but im wise to that...if it dont show a loss, then i dont get excited anymore...so just keep on track best i can...an keep movin in the right direction...
303.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hmm... your scales must be related to MINE!! lol I was too, hoping to actually record a small "gain", even though it would really be a "loss" with my old scales, but this am, it was up a 1/2 pound from yesterday, so go figure! lol I'll drink my tea/water today and maybe even get in the pool later with the girls... hmmm... we'll "see". :) Keep on kickin' it!
