DAY 398!!!!...2 NEW COUPON SITES FOUND!!!!...woke up to the sound of my alarm clock sayin its 4am time to get up an start another day...gonna be another busy day after the workouts...cuttin grass again today...rain is movin in again for next few days...hit an miss...so tryin to get grass cut before that happens...my mator plants are doing fine..mators are poppin out right an left, and have gone from a darker green to a lighter green...im ready to see red...lol...i kno i kno...growin mators are like gettin the weight off...slow an steady...i did find 2 new coupon sites last night...for those of you lookin for coupons to save some cha ching....

the site for drug coupons is a good site, of what i messed with it last night...i dont take meds for anything really cept for allergies, so i didnt really look at alot on it...but it looked llike a great site...

today is weight in day...not expectin a loss...figured my body will stay the same this week...i have started doing my ab crunches again kinda got outta the habit, but yesterday after my walk, i got on the floor and did about 45 min of them...gonna try to get focused on my exercise again...ive noticed im slackin..just so hard to do it all in the summer...to many other things going on...never enough time to do the exercises and everything else that needs to be done...im beginnin to think fall an winter are better months for gettin the weight off...but i hate the cold months...lol...have a great day...slow an steady gets you to that next mini goal!!!!!

addon...when i stepped out the bck door this morning...humidity about knockd me down was 77, but felt like 84...as i did my walk i could tell wasnt gonna be any sun today..sky was to dark and i could see flashes of lightening in the distance...3/4 of the way into my walk i was prayin for rain to fall on me just to cool me off this morning...but didnt happen...came home changed...went to gym...did an hour ther...now bck home again..an its still lookin like rain...might have to wait a day on cuttin grass...not sure yet...well gonna get on the floor an do my ab crunches..since i have extra time today now...lol...have a great one...
