Breaking free from Compulsive Eating discussion
It is always a fear that I have - that I'm one taste away from giving in to a binge session. That lovely blur where ya just surrender and 'stuff happens' before ya wake up to the familiar guilt and shame. Its been an awfully long time since it has happened with me, but I know its only one mouthful away..

Great Post lotus..

snacking
....enters whilst shaking a fist at those snack cravings...
I can add very little to the wonderful advice above other than to say that someone once told me that drinking a pint of water might often take away a craving / hunger pang...
whats that I hear you say??? Utter rubbish? nodding it might well be soooooooo for that very reason I have invented my own solution..... a 5 mile jog, 20 crunchies, an hours meditation, a good tooth brushing and THEN.. a gallon of water.. *smiles*

It also helps to be a bit crazy! *twitch*

Honestly... best wishes to you I am walking that same road!
