It finally moved!

Good? Bad?

Neither. It just is. It's not fat, that's for sure!

Busy day starting with another long day of chest torture at the gym in a little while 😊.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish I could get back to the weights...it will be several more weeks I think until surgeon allows me to do it. At least I can do cardio for a while to burn a few

I love it that we can say with certainty that a weight gain isn't fat. That takes back all the power from the scale to mix up emotions. When we know exertion will make the scale go up even when we're in deficit, and it does, we have drama-free peace with the scale.

Like yesterday, calories were real low but I accidentally over salted my dinner - I mean, really really over salted. I knew I was going to see the scale go up, it did - a pound, no biggie, I'll hopefully flush it out today. It's good to be 'in the know'.
