Brenda, I'm so sorry. I would imagine it is so hard to stick to a plan without your family's support. I know you have been struggling for quite sometime. Looks though like your graph has started to go back down some.

Hang in there. If you fall, just get up and continue. Find yourself some good Keto snacks like fat bombs. If your full, your gonna be less likely to eat. Up your veggies, they are virtually calorie, fat and carb free!

sorry to hear it has been rough as if late.....hang in and become a picky eater in the family....either pick out or portion yourself foods they eat or have something entirely different ......tell them your tastes have changed and some things no longer taste appealing....force their hand once in a while to change their negative eating!🤔

It is totally possible to stick with your plan without family’s support. Do it, and consistently remind yourself why. When temptation comes, remind yourself why you’re not gonna eat/drink whatever the case maybe

Try adapting intermittent fasting if you have a hard time giving certain things up. Eat only within a specific time everyday...that will help if you can do it!

you can do it. Dig deeper and find that will!

A strange thought occurred to me: If it's happening anyway, maybe just start reaching over and eating their food ALL THE TIME until they get protective and try to keep it away from you.

Don't give your power away. No one but you decides what you will or will not choose to eat. The people around you can't be allowed to make those decisions for you. See it as their attempt to control you for their purposes and then dig in deep and tell yourself that you are the one to control your choices and no one else. I am highly independent and I have found that reframing it this way has helped me.

I have ended up cooking more veggies and plain chicken separately. Everyone else can have the sauces. They never knew what hit them.

Keep trying, Brenda, you owe it to yourself to be healthy in spite what anyone throws in your way.
