Day 3 of a planned 3 day ‘no solid food’ fast

Today I will break my fast, for one day, and then I am back to my normal 📅 5 day 'no solid food fast'. 🧘🏾‍♂️ My goal was to just-slow-down 'gaining weight'.

I allowed myself to drink as many 🥛 protein shakes as I wanted.

The only negative of my 🥛 protein drink in Heavy Cream is that it WILL trigger hunger (so I have to keep drinking it every few hours once I start). If I only drink Green Tea that does not happen. However, this seems to just slow my weight loss from 2lbs a day to 1lbs a day. So days I mentally feel like only having Green Tea I do that, but on days where I want to 'feel full' all day I will hit the protein drink. However, I hold off on the protein drink as long as possible (around 1:000pm) because one I start, I know I will not be able to stop until bed time.

This weekend family comes in from out of town and there will be DAYS of constant eating. We literally have over 10,000 calories worth of food in the refrigerator to eat BEFORE 🎅🏾 Christmas, and only 4 adults to eat it...

One more day until the 'official' 50!! Did you think you would get there? You must be thrilled!! Enjoy your company and BTW 10,000 calories between 4 people is 2500 calories per person and it has to last 8 days...that is literally starvation :)

@nikeit - You are more excited about *me* doing 50 pushups than I am haha :) - - I like your calculations on the food, but, that is the food for "one day". We plan to order out the other days before Christmas (sigh). I just hope to get down to 170lbs by then so I have a 10lbs 'cushion'...

Yes, cause I want to be able to do TEN push ups :) Oooooh, for ONE day - well now I can see your conundrum! And ordering out for the rest of the days...hang in there because only a couple weeks left and then back to normal!
