Blood sugar 91 mg/dL

22 pushups (2019 PUSH UP Challenge!)

Yesterday I decided to have ‘just a handful’ of Frosted Cheerios. This led to ‘several handfuls’ as I, of course, went on a ‘carb binge’. The nice thing about weight-lifting is that a ‘carb binge’ can be turned into an asset if I immediately go to the gym and do a really hard weight workout. It is even better when it is not a scheduled day so I am ‘adding an extra workout day’. This workout was a good one, because I was able to maintain my 200lbs level.

I did a mid-day weigh in afterward and I was down 3lbs 😊

Then we stayed up past midnight last night, and had Taco Bell on the way home ☹

Oh well back to the gym today…

@jengetfit123 - Thanks! Off to the gym and after that I plan a 5 mile run. I-will-drop-weight tomorrow. I sooo need a 'cushion' for the 'damage' that will be done Thanksgiving week...
