well I was not trying to lose weight, just did not eat quite up to my RDI yesterday. not real low but what can I say. it is easy to lose weight now without meaning too. today I made up for it

thank you Bandrai, it is hard to gain weight on carnivore, I have to work at it to make sure I eat enough not to lose
