today is weird, I feel like crap. I cheated over the weekend but am happily back on carnivore, but I'm hot flashing and my head feels swollen. etc. probably from the bread and maybe cheese a few days ago. hoo hum. I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.

OHH and I'm cooking a big pork shoulder in the crock pot all day. Smells great. 👍 I wonder if I can cook 24 hours on low?
184.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wasn't feeling great yesterday either - I think mine was work/weather related... but woke up thismorning feeling great - hope you do too! Pork shoulder - mmm - what do you season it with?

Thenester I put an onion in the crock, a few garlic cloves chicken bullion, put some woschester (sp) and a cup of water, slow cooked all day. Salt and pepper before cooking. Dang good omg.
