officially back down to the lowest weight I've ever reached in my adult life that i ever rememeber. now only 9lbs to ONEderland! will September be the month????!!!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations! I hit the same goal recently. This provided motivation to not cheat on the diet since I passed that point. It has become a 'bar' that I wont allow myself to cross again.
