Back from VACAY and Back on plan, hope to be back in ONDERLAND next week, College started and the students are eager to try all the foods and cooking techniques and different WOE as I have added KETO full stream on my Nutrition Curriculum..As I have the students do the research, if anything new and interesting comes up will send your way..Still able to stay off most of my previous meds, and Dr's tell me come back in 6 months instead of 2-3 months, so I'm DO N OK and hope you are to !!!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 224.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
