I thought this sadness would make me reach for food, but I've hardly eaten at all today and worked out 1.5 hours. After finding out my recent ex has a new love interest, I found out the dog I was fostering had to be put to sleep due to rapidly declining illness. I'll have to take good care of me this week.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've had your share of crap - good that you're able to turn to exercise rather than eating. I know it's cliche but I do believe all things happen for a reason and generally when it's bad thing after another it's because there's something really good just on the horizon. Your good thing is coming - hang in there.
