Today is day 1 of my "40 by 40" challenge. Which means that I plan to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday which is in exactly 4 months...I don't think it's going to be that hard now that I finally have motivation and support
243.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 103.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
