gooooooooooood morning everyone..weighed in already an its the same...but not always about the numbers its also about how the clothes fit...and the clothes are fittin better each day...got up off my butt yesterday and did 2 x 25 min on the stationary bike...was happy i did after each workout ..i knew it was time to break up the long break i had been on from not walking...the plan is to do 3 workouts today..get back into that habit of movin this body and giving it that much needed workout its been lacking...sometimes you just have to talk to yourslf an tell it that a change is needed...i felt so motivated when i got off my bike to nowhere...just ate breakfast...an now im ready to do a 30 min ride...get this day started out right..have several errands to do today...and rain is moving in for the next 7 days...thats right..7 days is whats forcasted this week...soooooo....be alot of inside time...less i keep motivated an out on the porch and peddling...lol...well need to get this butt up an moving..have a great day everyone..and remember to keep it up an movin...food alone just isnt enough...have a greatttttttttt one...
