HAPPY MOMMYS DAY TO EVERYONE...this mornings temp is 40 again this morning...brrr...had to cover mator an pepper plants last night just incase we had a light freeze in may...odd weather already this year...but warmer temps starting monday along with 7 days of rain...hopefully it wont rain every day...need to get back in the habit of walkin again...just cant seem to stay in a habit of that...an dont really kno why...kinda fell outta the habit of it...well gonna get up an start the day out once again...have a greattttttttttttt one everyone...

i log my steps every day..but the steps are down alot..just not motivated right now to get the steps up...always challenges there..but you have to be motivated to want to step...and right now i lack that...you have a great day as well amy...

Love your profile info, very motivating for me. I really think you can do anything you set your mind to! Hope your maters and peppers are ok. I am an Iowa native so I understand the last frost problems... :-) anyhoo, just sending a shout out to let you know I think you will reach all of your mini goals as long as you work at it and stay as optimistic as you sound!

got to thinkin how i had just been slidin by lately...so went out got on the stationary bike..an just did 25 min to no where...gotta start somewhere again..thats a start for the day..hopefully can do another 25 before bed time...
