Day nine of my 90 day program was great! After fasting the weekend and then refeeding on Monday, I woke up refreshed on Tuesday with my energy back up. My walk was brisk plus I added a short sprint at the end. I did some back and chest exercises and 10 squats.
For my food plan, I mostly returned to normal. I have to reenter some of what I ate because I changed it some. I sure slept good, except for a brief time where I was wide awake for 45 minutes.
I really think I may be making some progress towards health but trying not to be overly optimistic. I've learned that if I keep my expectations low (or at least more reasonable than I have in the past) I get less disappointed if everything doesn't go as planned or as smooth as I expect.
I'm trying to think of others who are trying to lose weight are get healthier, not just myself. It helps to come to fatsecret and read other people's struggles. I feel like I'm part of a community who is working together although we are doing it individually. I would have never guessed that the supportive comments would encourage me but they do.
Today I will pray for the "encouragers" among us! I am so grateful!
