A bit bummed. I had just gotten on the treadmill to do a 55 minute session and I found out my youngest had an accident. We got home before coming to the gym she had plenty of time to use the bathroom. She said she had to go. But she was too busy running her mouth and running around. So we had to go, I lost my hour window I had to work out. Guess I will have to wait to use to the treadmill tomorrow. Pity. I was looking forward to it. I will put in hip hop abs I guess tonight and do that. I cheated a tiny bit today which I will put input my food diary in a little while tonight. But I think I still managed quite a bit of self control considering. :/
