When I was younger I was quite thin but I always had the discipline to diet and exercise if I found myself gaining weight. Now that I am middle-aged with a family. busy working a lot, and more health issues, I find it hard to follow a healthy lifestyle. Currently, I am exercising by walking and working out at a club with my friends who are stricter with themselves. I am exercising more but I definitely need more diet control if I am to be successful.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I am 5'3" and currently 145. Reaching 130 would be my first goal. I just started so I made myself enter the challenge for 30 min. exercise per day. I love to walk so it's all about priorities.

Not surprisingly I have not shifted my weight although all the exercise has been great and my body is changing its shape but not the middle. So tightening ...
