Good day. Started with the 2nd day of Chopra meditation. I really like it and it set my day up for productivity instead of vegging. Made my macro goals. I do have a little problem with making the protein %. Enjoying the snack saved from my breakfast and a chocolate coffee bomb. I'll quit eating before 7 pm and be pleased with the day. Have a great evening everyone. Sleep tight. 🤗🤗😴❤
