Thanks @Fritzy 22! My 2 favorite main dishes are burger patties and chicken breasts. I'm not a fan of dry meat so I came up with this method to infuse the garlic and olive oil into the meat as it bakes. I have this almost every day. LOL

Hasselback chicken. I do that to zucchini. Love it!
