Good morning
Well I'm off today and I'm heading to Jungle Jims soon, its a huge market know similar to a Trader Joes on steroids, great low carb finds and most products other markets don't have so if your in this area of southern Ohio I would recommend a visit , its so large and unique that they even provide tours you can schedule...I'm contemplating about the 16/8 intermediate fast and also I'm researching about cutting back a meal and use the isopure low carb protein shake as a substitute for one of my meals and have a healthy type dinner.
Since I go to bed fairly early and up at 3:30a I was thinking about my intermediate fast as 11a-7p
I appreciate your advise if you have done any of the above...or been considering any new ideas to your own plans...doesn't matter to me what plan your on I'm just curious and also Im journaling many of the ideas and inspiring results you are having.
Shout out to Patty, will do some sort of exercise today sweetie, Mike a huge inspiration of mine to get up and move around the "famous Murph" I hope your finger is better sweetie and your able to go to the gym. Mamma 6224 hope that anxiety level is low today let us know how your doing, River Rat hoping the river and flooding has gone way down and you got those eggs, Welcome home to Newbetter and of course all you wonderful and dear friends here on FS...its going to be a sunny day Mike close to 60 thinking about beginning my seedlings for my garden.

I love a great positive post, thank you Maxi! Our plans this week, return to the gym, pack up and move out by Wednesday, heading to Virginia, then slowly edging our way up the Atlantic coast into New England the most beautiful place on earth. I have always maintained during this journey a schedule of: breakfast 8am, lunch 12 noon, supper 4:30pm nothing in between meals nothing after 4:30pm. I guess you could call it a fast, I call it sleep! lol As for shakes they leave me bloated and my mind equates them to a drink to go with a meal ie burger shake of my youth. Wonderful Mindful Memorable Monday!

Okay, I am officially jealous of your ability to shop at Jungle Jims. Don't get lost or walk on that ankle too much. :-) We are headed to Sams and the grocery store but the only reason you would need a guide in Sams is because they cannot stop rearrange the same old tired inventory. It does help me get steps though! LOL! Enjoy your day off! @8Patty, I would definitely call that a fast!

That's a fine kettle of fish to be branded as a wake up call of being The Infamous Murph! That word marks me as being Abominable,Outrageous, Shocking,Shameful Disgraceful,Discreditable, Contemptible,Unworthy, War Criminal...more! Hahaha well if the hat fits I'll wear it. p.s. War Criminal, That's what l was branded coming back from Vietnam by a few fool's.Protesting in the streets"Hell no we won't go" or"To bad you weren't killed" little did they know we preserved their right to protest. Do you watch the Dr Berg YouTube videos? I know they talk about IF. I think I may be over IFing. I tend to eat one meal a day and I think that is causing me to eat too much protein at one sitting. I may change it up a bit in the future. As for my week, I am supposed to go for an easy hike tomorrow and another one on Saturday. I really want to do the one tomorrow. But I’m worried that it might not be the best thing for my knee. Just not sure yet.

LMAO..Murgh that was a typo sweetie the famous Murph is what I was meant to type and you know I have never ever thought of you as bad or any of the negative insults that word carries...Why would I consider you in my mentor crew and then say something so negative...I apologize sir and wish I had reread that and caught it but I was out shopping geez...You are my mentor and my comedian that make me giggle all the time Im changing it as we speak...love to you Murph ...I'm sorry sweetie lol

Maxie you’re the best! I’m doing fine...slept great for about 3 hours last night haha. Hoping tonight is better. I’m trying not to nap today (had to yesterday after a sleepless sleep study night) have fun shopping! Sounds like an amazing place 😀

Ginger so have you been to Jungle Jims or heard of it..I live closer to the Fairfield one...thanks I just held onto the cart ...I'm hobbling less each day just out of shape so I'm tender... so exercise now will be my new word...I prayed to get my backside in the real gear this morning and now its set...so no turning back now... lol;)

Pay your very structured with your schedule and that is a huge reason for your continued success imo...plus you exercise .. I'm still talking about it today...I'm getting off FS after this and doing it...I agree with the New England statement...Now are you from New England sweetie? Anyway Virginia is a fine state too..have fun the rest of the day sweetie xoxox;)

I have watched Dr. Berg he turned me on to enjoying the avocado...I'm planning on watching more of his vlogs ..I love the Keto Connect couple they have also giving me great ideas..Yep I don't want to do not enough or to much of one thing but as you know its a learning experience and individualize so we will see how and if any of this can work for me..the exercise can... that's one thing I have clarity on..need motivation like you sweetie:)

I substitute a protein drink for one of my meals. I use a nutra ninja and put in 1 carton of lite muscle milk (11oz), 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, about 4 ice cubes. No fruit except 1/2 of a banana every 3rd day to replace some potassium.

Sounds interesting Timmer123 ... have you ever used a whey zero carb powder I make my from isopure zero carb...add ice..we have the ninja too so it makes it frothy...I used some diet lipton green tea...citrus...no sugar as my preferred liquid to mix...its about 220 calories and zero carbs I like the cookies and cream flavor..thank you for sharing:)
