2 days in a row! I managed to get my bars completed despite sitting on my butt for most of the day.

AND when I weighed myself this morning, I was officially in the 320’s!!

Thanks guys! I’m already down 1.5 pounds from yesterday mornings weigh in. I’m 327.8 as of today! I’m just going to be keep grinding and doing my thing. Getting closer everyday to the 20 pound loss goal, 2.8 pounds to go!

Thanks Cherik! RJ it’s the activity app on my Apple Watch, it syncs with my phone and probably my most handy tool when it comes to working out. For the exercise part, I have to have my heart rate elevated to even count it as exercise. I’m obsessed with it.
