27 year old mom of 3. I’ve been overweight my whole life and up until I had kids I was able to manage it, the last 5 years though it’s gotten out of hand. I want to be a healthier, happier person, I want to set good examples for my children and enjoy what I love without living in pain from being so obese.

Despite my weight we’re still a active family, we love the outdoors-crabbing, hiking, swimming, shooting, fishing camping, etc...

I’m going to stick with this diet for a year, I mean what’s a year right? I’m just simply counting calories, trying to stay somewhere around 1300 calories a day. I chose not to do keto because I don’t feel *for myself* it’s lifetime realistic because I LOVE foods like pasta, breads, potatoes and ONIONS 🤤 by counting calories I’m learning portion control while eating my favorite foods.

• I’ll log in my journal #NSV (Non scale victories) because I love being able to see all the progress I’ve made and I hope by doing this I can also encourage others someday.
• I will be posting month-month full body progress pictures
• I take my weekly body measurements on Fridays
• Weekly weigh-ins are on Monday’s
