Up to you entirely. Some weigh in everyday, some once a week, some monthly. Whatever you need to keep yourself on track! 🙋🏻 I’d suggest taking a starting picture if yourself so you can have a before and after, you will appreciate it. And you will appreciate it if you take the time to get out a measuring tape and take some measurements of yourself. Remember to get the unusual ones like neck circumference and thighs and upper arms those can be fun to see shrink if you are planning to lose a lot of weight! LOL The most important step is to track everything you put in your mouth so you know what’s going on in your body and can change it. 🤷🏻♀️ Good luck! 🙋🏻

I weigh in twice a month as well. Weight fluctuates and a daily weigh in can be discouraging.

I weigh sometimes twice a week but I try to stay along once a week. The fluctuations in my body will Have it all over the place. So when I weigh I do it early in the morning.

I tend to weigh every day, but I only record once a week. I feel like I am on top of things but not obsessing over it. It's all about what works for you.

The best way to weigh yourself is every day and take a 7 day average so it rules out weight fluctuations

Great advice from everyone! I’ve been weighing myself several times a day -because zi’m trying to get info for the doctor who is treating me for high BP —- which is coming down, quickly, thanks to what weight I’ve already lost!! But I can put on AND take off as much as 5# a day - plus I have puffy eyelids. I think I am retaining water.
What you record is completely up to you. Some folks record all the details, every day. Some folk record only weight loss. I have noticed that when I put in the daily fluctuations, it throws off the calculation for how many pounds a week I am gaining or losing. Once it had me GAINING 27# a week, that’s almost as much as I’ve lost altogether!
