great visual. it would be interesting to compare 5 lbs of muscle so that we could contrast the two - and why it seems like we plateau in weight loss as we lose fat and build muscle.

I like visuals they bring reality into focus, ya if they reached in and scrapped 5lbs of fat from all over your body into a pile that's what it would look like.
