Creating a plan is so under appreciated. Many set goals but often don't create concrete realistic plans to achieve those goals. Popular new years resolution "I want to lose weight" what does that mean and entail, must be specific. What are the necessary steps you need to take and can you set subgoals that work towards the ultimate goal?
