Give it some time. If you really think it's no longer effective, switch things up a bit. More exercise, more water, lower carbs, lower calories? Lots of good ideas and different plans on this site. I'm sure there is one that will work for you. Hang in there!

You need to journal everything you consume. If you don't track every bite You can't see what works and what doesn't, so get back to being accountable for a start. Good luck!

I ride a road bike/trainer...for my workouts...when I first started weight fell off...now scales don't move as often...inches show more progress

I just took a look at your weight loss history. You've been consistently kicking a$$. One weigh in with no loss isn't a big deal, it's just a glitch. Keep doing what you've been doing. Great job so far!

I agree with 8Patty 200%. As soon as I stop logging, I gain and gain and...You have been doing great, give yourself some credit. A relapse is normal.

Keep with it. You will plateau, it will come off eventually

do not stop logging accurately. The weight will come back. Also, if you not accurately log your food and hit your calorie goal, how will you know to cut 100 more calories to continue to lean out? You have to persevere and be accurate. You WILL lean out when you cut a few more calories from your maintenance calories. Don't set a goal of trying to burn more calories...let's not lie to ourselves. I'd rather save a few bucks by not spending them (cut a few more calories) than get a 2nd job delivering pizzas (more cardio) to make up for my overspending. <--metaphor to illustrate my point

Don't give up / bad time for eating etc - The first step is to reach out - Great job - For example , I have this magazine which is good to look through and I'll post picture later today - Woman's World that's right woman's world / great ideas and I have done some in the past and they have worked - I would log personally for a little while if you feel uncomfortable but we don't care - Bring it on - Find out what works for you - Personally, I follow Atkins with a little more carbs then they recommend - Mostly to stay regular - I drink diet soda , caffeine , a little too much but that is my guilty pleasure - This is my way but maybe not yours - It is a lifestyle not a diet - Anyway, you have reached out and you are ours now - I recommend a challenge maybe with weight loss in a certain time frame- Not much but a little weight - Baby steps before you walk and maybe run- Another great one is just losing a waist size or two- This gets away from weighing but makes you try to get into old clothes you love to wear / Get a little uncomfortable and get a little angry - When success comes ,even if it is 5 pounds or a waist size , it is sweet !!!!!- Go Green and remember , you are a loser ( winner )- I will be the first to go BOOM!!!!!! when you lose anything or a waist size. Not if but when !!! Remember , this is a point in time and nothing else . You can rock this!!!!!

Are you in a calorie deficit?

I agree with Pattie 100% also ... you really need to accurately record what your % 's are ... I have to use the calculator after each meal or at least each evening ...
