oh well had a massive craving last night for popcorn. only had a 1/3 cup and butter and WOW! well today is another day:)

Popcorn is actually good for you. Have you tried Kernal's seasoning instead of butter they make several flavors.

Skinny Pop is pretty good too, and they come in 100 cal individual bags, which helps with portion control!
