I haven't been walking. I was walking every night. Last night I got caught up in yard work and was building a fence for the chickens and before I knew it, it was dark and I couldn't see the wires to wrap my pliers around. I didn't walk but wasn't sitting on the couch either. I need to keep up with my mile a day.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 86.8 lb.    Still to go: 89.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
