HALFWAY! It's been a journey, a long walk (pun intended) and a good experience; but, you know what's been best about it? I have met SO many wonderful folks in this community... y'all have been a source of delight, and I am in good company - thanks to everyone, now let's get back underway!
277.6 lb Lost so far: 94.3 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gosh, folks... I went to the VA clinic for ONE appointment... come back... and I broke the Internet (LOL)! I am overwhelmed at the love and support - honest. @Tbaygirl - you pour into others, too, y'know? T8U9 - Looked her up... ah... nope, not even (LOL). @DO_N_OK - thanks... I just spit a mouthful of my green tea on my keyboard.

Wow, if I'd known I'd be this popular, I would've ran for office (LOL)! @8Patty - yeah, I'm a little slow to pick up on that (LOL) @Fritzy_22 - so slow that I have to call it "strolling"! @katiebr - like a lot of others, I took the FS RDI as gospel and later reduced the number of daily calories from 2000 to 1400-1600. @davisrick1 - would you believe from a calendar I bought at Cracker Barrel?
