Well did not ride Saturday Or Sunday blame it on insomnia so I need to make an effort this week.
Start today got the balls to the wall Monday Peroni Ride with DS gonna work my ass off today.

Diet is the same suffering with the Nurti System crap, man cant wait till i'm done with this.

14Lbs in 4 weeks.....I doubt it.

And I did.. ave 19.2mph for 20 miles hittin 30.2 on SR84 and just DS and me lots of red lights and a stiff headwind.

Good solid ride.

Got to suffer another month of Nutri System or I have to pay $125 for not ordering two months worth of food. No worries it's like a punishment for hitting 209lbs (-: I dont know anything about the Keto diet but will take a look. Gotta say I still think less calories in vs more calories out should work.
