Bolocks well pissed off gained a 1lb and I put in the miles last week stuck to the diet (pretty much) and then only rode 26 miles today it was fast 20+ ave but once again crappy night sleep (5 hours and they were not good)
Man I gotta get this sleep crap sorted.
I guess I will try to get up tomorrow and go for a metric century but me thinks that is doubtful.
I need a drink

So don't count on FS for accurate exercise calories burnt I now have to go back over all my exercise entries and change to match the more accurate Garmin/Strava numbers
Which i going t throw off my total calories for the day
No Worries gives me something to do.
Another good Tempo ride with DS should be another 800 calories in the bag.
Lunch was surprisingly to much food just two small bowls of noodle soup small salad and spicy Tuna roll.(That I could not finish)
I think this is due to the reduced amount of food I have been eating this past month
Tomorrow weigh in fingers crossed

Man I am pissed off today I find the FS is over estimating my "Calories burnt" when I ride by over 1000 calories.
So I look at my allowance and I think I have another 1000 calories before I hit my limit.
Emails support and see if they respond if they cant fix it ten I need to adjust the speed of the ride to try to get a more accurate number.
Breakfast and lunch were not NutriSystem crap as I am out of food till my next delivery but I kept my calories below 600 so tonight I have some breathing room.

Kinda went off the NurtiSystem yesterday eating some baked tostitos with low fat sour cream bit of guacamole and salsa add in couple of bowls of Chicken Noodle soup and cereal means I exceeded the 2K Calorie by about 100 cals.
Just means pulling a few extra miles on the bike today.
Another good solid hard ride with DS lots of wind but put in a good effort
