Could not sleep last night so no ride this morning and only lost 2Lbs so not too happy.
+ I found I am committed to another month of the Nurti System food otherwise I pay a $125 penalty.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
