working well with my diet. I am still happy with the week off I took. It has been very uplifting to see the progress again. I do feel so much better since I have lost weight. I am amazed to put clothes on that havnt fit in years and see them to big on me. When I am undressed I don't really see the weight loss though. I don't get it!
234.6 lb Lost so far: 86.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with you there - I am really proud of myself when I'm dressed, cos I look soooo much better than I did before the weight-loss - but when I'm undressed I can't really see it that much either. Why is that I wonder?
