worked yesterday and drank a ton of water. I finally dropped below 240lbs. This is a great weight loss day for me. I do not want to go up to 240's again. I am barely out! Hope to get out and walk today.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 81.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
