Woke at 215.2, up 2.2 from yesterday. Not enough sleep and some regularity issues. Going back into work today after a long vacation so I will get much more exercise than I have recently. Have to calculate my eating plan for August. July's plan didn't have much of a chance due to vacation (although I ended the month lower in weight and had a 2005 calorie average). The Monday all-day fasts only happened once or twice. Need to determine if I will try that again.
