Grateful. Hopeful. Engaged. Three weeks and I am going in the right direction.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you all. I cannot tell you how much I have gotten from all the support here. I am happy today. I wish that for you. It feels like an early Fall day here in NE...70's light wind. I had my Keto lunch outside. After I read the paper and a book I was working on....I washed the Car! How's that for a gal with COPD!!!!! Yipes.
