The typical almond flour bread recipe has 6 grams of carbs per serving (compared to 14 for a slice of typical wheat bread).

I made a 90 second almond flour mug bread. It has 6 total carbs - 3 net carbs for the whole mug. I usually make a mug and slice it in 4. I'll only eat 2 in one sitting. So that's 1.5 net carbs. I count net carbs for the day.
