A couple pics of food porn :)
First one is a pork roast I smoked Sunday, rubbed down and ready for the smoker. Second one is from tonight's dinner, stuffed acorn squash. Both were delicious!

Hanging in there making slow but forward progress down in weight, will likely weigh in this weekend.

Kathy - the stuffing is shredded chicken, onion, celery, garlic, shredded carrots, diced apple, kale, walnuts, white wine, topped with feta and parmesan cheese and panko crumbs. Stuffing seasoned with cajun spice, salt/pepper, sage, thyme, basil, oregano. Look on google for a recipe of acorn squash stuffed with sausage and kale...I used it but did my own thing for the stuffing, also brushed melted butter on the cooked squash halves before stuffing them to enhance the flavor. Turned out really good!

Thanks everyone. The acorn squash has a nutty, buttery flavor. Very good, give it a try! Butternut squash is also good, my wife makes a soup from it that is outstanding.
