had another good day at the gym - did the yoga-chi class again, this time without shoes - big diference in my balance - I have a long way to go. But, I did do 60 minutes straight on the elliptial thing and kept my HR around 143 bpm - so far, so good. i am tempted to get on the scale but I will make myself wait until next week Thursday. Once a week is the rule... One thing that has surprised me is that I find myself feeling slightly guilty about spending time at the gym. It goes away as soon s I get into my exercise, but I do feel it a bit. I have to make sure I don't let that stop me. I keep thinking about Jamaica in December and how I want to look and feel for my trip. I want to be 150 and buff for the nude beach, and for Dave. He has been vert sweet, but I know he is not happy with the weight I have gained, and neither am I. I know I can do it and I am taking the steps. One at a time!
