off to a good start so far! Looking forward to the work day ending and getting to the gym to do their new yoga-chi class - I did it two nights ago and it was fabulous - low impact and yet very intense. I was surprised to see that I could maintain all the poses and movements because it has been months since I took any yoga class, and I have never done tai-chi (hope I spelled that right). I even made it 30 minutes on the elliptical thing and then ran 2 miles on the treadmill at a nice easy pace - been a month or so since I ran. Overall, I was very happy with what I did and am excited to get back today. Sometimes I get embarrassed at the gym but I know I shouldn't because everyone is at their own level and on their own journey. I am taking a kettle bell into class on Saturday at 11 and am excited about that.
